Well, this is very unlike me...but I've decided to try a very low calorie diet for the next 21 days. I am going to Mexico at the end of this time so I figured it would be a good amount of time to test this and also hopefully lose a bit more weight before my trip. Average results with this diet seem to hover around 20 lbs, therefore, I made 20lbs my goal. Secretly I am hoping for 23, don't ask, I'm strange. :).
So far so good this morning. I have had black coffee and an apple. Plan to have grilled chicken (no oil) and spinach for lunch. I have a grapefruit for a snack and then a tiny piece of steak for dinner with another vegetable. I will just tell myself it is only 21 days! Plus, I've read that the first couple days are the worst. I have done a VLCD before with good results....just keeping it off will be the goal this time :).
